Zucchini Carrot Bread
Here is a zucchini bread recipe that you can make in your bread machine. Its easy to make, and you can freeze the leftovers.
Directions
Add bread flour, whole-wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, yeast, applesauce, water, carrots, zucchini, and raisins to bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Process on the white bread cycle.
Additional Notes
No whole-wheat flour in the pantry? Substitute 2/3 all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup unprocessed bran flakes. Sometimes when you substitute whole-wheat with 100 percent all-purpose flour, the texture and taste may be altered.
