Slow Cooked Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
6 oz. baby carrots
10 oz pkg frozen corn kernels
10 oz pkg frozen green beans
1 cup chopped zucchini
3/4 tsp garlic powder
6 cups nonfat vegetable broth
3/4 cup tomato paste
3/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp crushed bay leaf
This is a delicious Crock Pot recipe for vegetable soup that you can prepare with your slow cooker. It is easy to make, and fun to eat!
Directions
Combine onions, carrots, corn, beans, zucchini, garlic powder, broth, tomato paste, basil, thyme, and bay leaf in slow cooker or Crock Pot; stir to mix ingredients and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.
