Win the compliments of your friends and family with this extra-light, extra-quick fish recipe. It's so easy it simply can't go wrong.

Directions

Rinse the trouts, dry them and place each of them on an aluminum foil large enough to wrap it
For each fish, put spices and a couple of lemon slices into the fish belly opening
Sprinkle with salt and pepper both the belly opening and the side of the fish
Pour olive oil on the fish
Wrap the fish in the aluminum
Place on an oven plate and bake at 400°F for minimum 15 minutes
The cooking time depends from the size of the fish: the fish is cooked when you can remove its skin simply sliding on it with the back of a knife blade.

Additional Notes

You can use this recipe with any medium or big size fish. Both sea and river fishes taste wonderful! Serving suggestion: although the fish looks great when it’s placed, still entire, on the table, it’s not very practical to handle. Here is how to prepare it for eating: cut off head and tail; remove the skin on the visible side; pass a broad-blade knife horizontally through the whole fish, from head to tail, just in the middle, to separate the upper side from the fishbone: you obtain one fillet; remove the fishbone: you obtain another fillet. That's all!
