Broccoli and Swiss Stuffed Tomatoes Over Beef
Stuffed tomatoes are an easy way to add a side dish to any meal and replace the boring salad
Directions
Clean and chop broccoli, set aside in a medium bowl
Clean and hollow out the tomatoes
Place the tomatoes in a small baking dish and add the water
In the mixing bowl with the broccoli, add the swiss cheese, cream cheese, basil, pepper. Mix well
Stuff the tomatoes fully applying a small amount of pressure to push down the filling
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with basil and garlic seasoning and steak sauce. Simmer until tomatoes are done.
Bake the stuffed tomatoes at 350 for 30 minutes
Remove from oven, and add a slice of swiss cheese, allowing the cheese to melt
Serve atop the seasoned beef
