Yummy Baked Tilapia with Pesto

Baked Tilapia with Pesto
Try this recipe if you want to impress your friends and family. It really does look and taste like restaurant food, maybe better. Even kids will love it.
Ingredients
  • 5 fillets tilapia
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 5 tbsp prepared basil pesto sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 10 lemon slices
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish.
  3. Arrange fish fillets in a bake pan, sprinkle the oil on top of the fillets.
  4. Spread pesto sauce on each filet. Add water evenly and carefully between all the fish fillets.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle vinegar and cook 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve right away with lemon slices.
