Nutty Noodles with Broccoli
Ingredients
3 oz. thin rice noodle
10 cashew nuts
10 almond nuts
10 walnuts
2 tbsp. brown lentil
4 tsp. thai dipping sauce
1/2 bunch, broccoli
This is a quick dish incorporating Thai taste. It is easy to make, healthy to eat, and vegetarian friendly.
Directions
Trim broccoli stocks and cut it into about 2 inch.
Cook noodle and broccoli in boiling water.
On a heated pan, mix all and cook until well mixed.
