Teriyaki Beef Sushi Roll with Seaweed

Ingredients

5 oz beef, minced
1 1/2 bowl of cooked rice
2-3 seaweed leaves (large size, unsalted)
6 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

This dish can be used in a packed lunch as it does not create mess. With its great taste, this dish will be a kid and adult favorite.

Directions

Mix garlic and pepper with the meat and set it aside for about 20 minutes.
Cook teriyaki sauce in a heated pan until about only half is left.
Add meat and cook.
Stir frequently and cook until no teriyaki sauce is left (sauce should all be absorbed by the meat).
Mix sesame oil and salt to the rice.
Have rice on top of seaweed and then add the cooked meat.
Roll the seaweed to make it into a nice smooth roll as shown in the below picture.
Put sesame oil and sesame seeds on top of the seaweed roll. There should be about two rolls.

Additional Notes

Sesame seeds are optional as their use is more of a decoration.
