Tasty Stuffed Chicken Breast
This is a very tasty and genuine recipe. The original element is pistachio, which makes every bite to be surprising well crunchy.
Directions
Sauté chopped onion in oil for 2 minutes.
Add chopped red pepper and mushrooms and sauté for another 15 minutes .
Remove from heat and allow to cool 10 minutes.
Add pistachio, egg, sour cream, mozzarella and salt and mix together.
Slice chicken breasts to form pockets, season them and fill with stuffing.
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish with 1/2 cup water.
Cover and cook on 350F for 30 min.
Uncover and cook for another 15 min.
Additional Notes
You can replace the golden onion with 5 pieces of green onion for more color and taste.
