Stir Fry Chicken Udon

A delicious udon dish that will surely bring your appetite back.
Ingredients
  • 2 packets, udon
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 20 spinach leaves
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 7 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp. red pepper paste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
Directions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and marinate it with salt, pepper and ginger.
  2. Chop mushroom, spinach, peppers, carrot and onioninto bite-size
  3. On a heated oil pan, cook chicken.
  4. After chicken is cooked, add onion, carrot mushroom and peppers.
  5. Add oyster sauce and pepper paste and stir well.
  6. Add udon and spinach and stir until well-mixed.
Additional Notes
With its udon texture blended well with vegetables, this dish surely will give your whole mouth a nice experience. Kids and adults both enjoy this yummy dish as marinated chicken with fresh vegetable adds more taste.

Feel free to substitute the chicken with seafood of your preference.
