Stir Fry Cauliflower Salad with Vegetables
Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 cup green bell peppers chopped into medium sized pieces
1/2 cup red bell peppers chopped into medium sized pieces
1 small onion chopped into medium sized pieces
1 small tomato chopped into medium sized pieces
1/2 tsp. salt or as needed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
This is a stir fry salad made with Cauliflower and other veggies. This low calorie meal is tasty and easy to make.
Directions
In a pan pour the olive oil, set burner to medium.
Add the cauliflower florets and peppers, cover.
Once the vegetables in the pan are semi cooked remove cover.
Now add the onions, wait a couple of minutes and add the tomatoes.
Add the salt, turn off the flame.
Add the soy sauce.
Serve hot.
