Fusion Red Pepper Stir Fry with Curry Sausage

This is a quick 10 minute dish that infuses Western and Eastern tastes. This curry and red pepper paste combo will give you a new tasting experience.
Ingredients
  • 6 sausages (long, any)
  • 3 tbsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 onion (medium-size)
  • 1/3 red or green pepper
  • 1 tbsp. red pepper paste
  • 1 tbsp. corn syrup
Directions
  1. Slice sausages into small bite-size.
  2. Chop pepper and onion into bite-size.
  3. Heat the oil pan and cook onion and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, have curry powder and mix sausages in.
  5. Add curry powered sausages into the pan and cook until lightly brown.
  6. Add red pepper paste and corn syrup and cook until well mixed.
Additional Notes
Feel free to substitute honey instead of corn syrup and hot sauce for red pepper paste.
