Fusion Red Pepper Stir Fry with Curry Sausage
This is a quick 10 minute dish that infuses Western and Eastern tastes. This curry and red pepper paste combo will give you a new tasting experience.
Ingredients
- 6 sausages (long, any)
- 3 tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 onion (medium-size)
- 1/3 red or green pepper
- 1 tbsp. red pepper paste
- 1 tbsp. corn syrup
Directions
- Slice sausages into small bite-size.
- Chop pepper and onion into bite-size.
- Heat the oil pan and cook onion and pepper.
- In a small bowl, have curry powder and mix sausages in.
- Add curry powered sausages into the pan and cook until lightly brown.
- Add red pepper paste and corn syrup and cook until well mixed.
Additional Notes
Feel free to substitute honey instead of corn syrup and hot sauce for red pepper paste.
