Flavorful Ginger Stir Fried Pork

Ingredients

12 oz. pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce (or similar marinade)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
10-oz. pkg. frozen green beans, thawed and drained
1 cup frozen bell pepper strips, thawed and drained
15-oz can baby corn, drained
1/4 cup nonfat chicken broth
2 cups cooked white or brown rice

This is a pork recipe that will be a huge hit at dinner time. High in protein and not to mention delicious!

Directions

Place pork tenderloin slices in shallow baking dish; pour gourmet sauce over top.
Stir in cornstarch, cover, and refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes.
Spray large nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Cook pork slices 5 to 6 minutes, until browned.
Add beans, bell pepper, cork, and broth to skillet and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium; cook, stirring frequently, 7 to 8 minutes, until pork is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Serve over cooked rice.
