Quick and Easy Spaghetti Bolognese
If you're looking for a scrumptious pasta dish, try this recipe for spaghetti bolognese. It's very easy to make, and guaranteed to be delicious!
Directions
(Bolognese Sauce)
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
When oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and the crushed onion.
When the onion looks cooked, add the ground beef and mix all together.
Add salt and pepper to ingredients in the pan.
Keep on stirring it until the meat looks brown.
Add the canned tomatoes to the pan.
Add the other 1 tbsp of oil to the pan.
Cover the pan and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes check the tomato and ground beef and stir it.
Stir it again twice in the next 20 minutes.
(Spaghetti)
In a separate large saucepan, fill it with water and bring it to boil.
Add the spaghetti when the water is boiling.
Boil the spaghetti as directed on the package.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and pour it on top of the sauce.
Mix it all together, and leave it to rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
Additional Notes
If you have any vegetables in the fridge, you can add them, for example mushrooms, courgettes, eggplant, etc. You can also freeze the sauce if you have any extra and you can use it whenever you want later on.
