Super Easy Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 tablespoon fresh sage, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon dry vermouth (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
Shape into patties & cook on a griddle until browned on both sides.
Serve immediately.
