Creamy Ham Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 cups of left over ham, finely chopped in food processor or by hand
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp relish
1/8 cup of half and half
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
2 slices of bread
Wondering what to do with left over ham? This creamy and delicious spread is great on toast or as a spread on crackers.
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients stirring well
Toast 2 slices of your favorite bread.
Spread ham salad over bread.
Additional Notes
It's best to chop the ham when it is at room temperature.
This is a spread that will freeze well to be used at a later time.
