Corn and Bean Salsa
 

Ingredients

1 15 oz can black or pinto beans or blackeyed peas, drained & rinsed
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 serrano chili peppers, seeded & chopped

This is a very popular dip at parties. Serve it with tortilla chips.

Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
