1 lb. salmon fillets
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. chopped red onion
1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce

This is a salmon recipe with a little Hawaiian flavor. This dish is healthy, delicious, and quick to prepare.

Directions

Combine pineapple, parsley, onion, vinegar, and Tabasco sauce in medium bowl; toss until mixed.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Spray grill with cooking spray and preheat 5 minutes.
Cook salmon 4 to 5 minutes per side, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Top salmon with 2 to 3 tablespoons of salsa and serve.
