Fried Salmon with Spicy Garlic Dip
This fried salmon recipe is a quick dish, easy to make and spicy. Not your average salmon recipe, but will certainly be a hit at the dinner table!
Directions
Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Mix cornmeal and flour.
Dip the salmon into mixture.
Pour 1/2 cup oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the salmon slices for 3-4 minutes turning once, until golden-brown.
For the dipping sauce, combine minced garlic, salt, 4 tbsp oil and tomato juice.
Arrange on a plate and serve.
