Carey's Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup canned milk
15 oz canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp powdered sugar (optional)
This pumpkin muffin recipe is great treat for the fall season. They will make a wonderful dessert for everyone to enjoy.
Directions
Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Line a muffin pan with cupcake papers
Scoop a spoonful of batter into each of the cupcake papers, spread evenly in the cups
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
If desired, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the muffins after baking.
