Carey's Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups of shredded cheese
12 cooked sausage links
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup sliced celery
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
If you want a creamy and cheesy way to serve potatoes, this recipe will be quick to accomplish this.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl
Pour blended mixture with cheese over potatoes in a small baking dish and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for hour or until potatoes are tender
