Pork Stuffed Bread Balls
If you like fry bread with extras, this is a tasty recipe to satisfy your taste buds and it works well for an appetizer.
Directions
In a chopper, chop the pork finely
In a small mixing bowl, combine pork, cream cheese, pepper
In another small mixing bowl, combine flour water, salt to create a simple dough
Roll out the dough thinly using a small amount flour
Cut 2x2 inch squares out of the rolled out dough
Using a spoon, spoon a small amount of the filling into the dough square
Wrap the dough around the filling pinching it to seal it
Cook the bread ball in the oil using small pot until golden brown on all sides, the oil should cover the bread ball
Remove from the oil and lay on a paper towel on a plate, serve once excess oil absorbed

A thinly rolled out dough ensures a fully cooked bread ball.
