Additional Notes
This meal is a staple at our home. We have a large family and a very busy life. This entire roast is cooked in the slow cooker or crock pot. That makes it wonderful for big Sunday supper or a crazy mid-week meal. Left over roast (if there are any) can be made into sandwiches or even a quick stir fry.
