Mexican Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

6 Pork Loin Chops
6 Tablespoons uncooked rice
2 Cups Mild Salsa
1 small onion, peeled and sliced

A great one dish meal with no fuss.

Directions

Arrange pork chops and onion into a baking casserole.
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Sprinkle uncooked rice over pork - then spoon in salsa to cover rice.
Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.

Additional Notes

This is a simple pork chop recipe that basically cooks it self but looks like you fussed. To finish the effect serve this casserole with a crisp green salad and hot crusty rolls.
