Mexican Baked Pork Chops

A great one dish meal with no fuss.
Ingredients
  • 6 Pork Loin Chops
  • 6 Tablespoons uncooked rice
  • 2 Cups Mild Salsa
  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced
Directions
  1. Arrange pork chops and onion into a baking casserole.
  2. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  3. Sprinkle uncooked rice over pork - then spoon in salsa to cover rice.
  4. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour.
Additional Notes
This is a simple pork chop recipe that basically cooks it self but looks like you fussed. To finish the effect serve this casserole with a crisp green salad and hot crusty rolls.
