Seafood Alfredo Pizza with Shrimp and Scallops
Ingredients
Pizza dough, enough for 1 pizza
1-2 tbsp olive oil to coat pizza dough
1/2 tsp each of rosemary, basil, tarragon, or any other herbs
1 jar alfredo sauce (I use Classico Roasted Red Pepper)
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 lb scallops
4-8 oz shredded parmesan cheese or parmesan/romano blend cheese
2-4 oz sun dried tomatoes
This is an easy recipe to prepare. I use pizza dough from my Publix grocery store and Alfredo sauce from a jar. The result is delicious!
Directions
Place and form the pizza dough on lightly greased round or rectangular pan
Brush dough with olive oil
Sprinkle herbs evenly over dough
Bake dough at recommended temperature for 10-12 minutes; remove from oven
Pour Alfredo sauce over dough
Place sundried tomatoes evenly over dough
Place shrimp and scallops evenly over dough
Bake until shrimp and scallops are done, about 12-15 minutes; remove from oven
Sprinkle cheese over top of pizza and return to oven until cheese is bubbly
