Mouth Watering Stir Fry Lemon Chicken Over Pasta

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 fresh lemon
175ml whipped cream milk
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 pkg fettuccine or angel hair pasta

This dish is stir fried marinated chicken with fettuccine or angel hair pasta.

Directions

Cut the chicken into medium, bite size pieces, put into a bag with a seal add the teriyaki and soy sauce, half a lemon freshly squeezed, pepper and salt, try to get as much air out of the bag as possible.
Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a large pan add oil and stir fry the chicken on medium heat, until reaches a white color.
Add more soy sauce and salt to taste.
Stir in whipped cream milk
After 5 minutes of stirring add all the whipped cream and a bit more lemon juice. Stirring unitl golden brown and the sauce has become thick.
Add to pasta and enjoy
Eat while hot
