Fluffy Cinnamon Apple Pancakes
Ingredients
4 large egg whites
1 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp skim milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups canned cinnamon-spice apple slices
This is a basic recipe for Cinnamon Apple Pancakes that you'll find absolutely delicious and satisfying.
Directions
Spray square microwave-safe dish with cooking spray.
Place egg whites in glass bowl; beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Combine egg substitute, milk, flour, and sugar in separate bowl and mix well.
Carefully fold egg whites into egg substitute mixture; spoon batter into dish and microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes, until puffy and cooked through.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
Heat apple slices in microwave for 45 to 60 seconds.
Serve pancake with hot apple slices.

It is easy to make, for one person, or even a group.
Thanks to their high fiber content, apples can curb hunger. One large apple provides 5.7 grams of fiber, most of it soluble.
