Sour Cream and Garlic Mushrooms
This is a healthy, tasty, easy to make recipe. It can be an excellent appetizer, as well as side dish, even you are on diet... or not.
Directions
Combine one can of water with vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and chopped mushrooms in a saucepan.
Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Cool and drain mushrooms.
Mix sour cream with mushrooms and salt.
Serve cold.

In the photo, this dish is served along side sliced tomato and black olives.
