Homemade Chalupas With Pork
This is a pork recipe with a Latin flair. It's one of my family's favorite dishes!
Directions
Soak beans overnight; drain
Cook beans and roast in heavy pan, add chili powder, oregano, jalapenos, garlic, cumin, and salt; cover with water
Cook about 4 hours until roast falls apart
Remove bone; add water if too thick
Serve over Fritos corn chips
Serve with shredded cheese, chopped avocados, chopped tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and chopped onions
