Mediterranean Pasta with Tuna and Anchovies
This is one of the recipes my family appreciates most. Luckily for me, it's also very quick!
Just a few ingredients for an extremely scented first dish.
Directions
Pour the oil in a small pot and heat it
Add the sliced onion, make it get golden and lower the temperature
Add the tuna fish and the anchovies, smash them with a fork and stir well
Add the capers, the oregano and the minced basil leaves
Add the black olives and the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to boil
Add 1 teaspoon salt
Pour the pasta into the boiling water, stir well and cook for the time indicated on its pack
Drain the pasta, pour it in a bowl and mix it with the tuna sauce
