Grilled Blue London Broil

Grilled to perfection indoors or out - this wonderful cut of meat is ideal for family gatherings.
Ingredients
  • 2 pound cut of shoulder London broil
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt, and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
  1. Blend butter, blue cheese and chopped chives in small bowl.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high. Rub both sides of meat with salt and peppers.
  3. Grill meat 5 - 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  4. Allow meat to rest 5 to 10 minutes after removing from heat before carving.
  5. Slice roast in thin diagonal slices across the grain. Drizzle servings of meat with blue cheese sauce at service.
