Carey's Lemon Snowball Cookies

2 cups of flour

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

1/2 cup Country Time Lemonade powder

1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

1/3 cup sugar

2 sticks of margarine

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

This is tasty cookie with no effort required and freezes well for the holidays.

In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients except the powdered sugar and lemonade

Make small balls with the dough and place on a greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350 for approx. 15 minutes

In a small bowl roll the cookies in the powdered sugar and lemonade mixture, coating well

Once the cookies have cooled some, may roll them again in the powdered sugar and lemonade mixture
