Seafood Chili with Noodles

Ingredients

1 package instant noodles
10 small shrimp
1/2 squid (medium-size)
1/4 onion
1/3 green pepper
1/3 red pepper
1tbsp. chili paste
1 tbsp. chili oil
1 tbsp. starch
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water

An Asian fusion dish, which is a nice variation from usual instant noodles.

Directions

Chop onion and peppers into small pieces.
Cut squid into long pieces.
On heated oil pan, cook onion first, then cook peppers.
Add chili paste and chili oil.
Pour water and cook until well mixed.
Add starch, squid pieces and shrimps.
Cook instant noodle and drain water and set it aside.
When squid and shrimps are cooked, serve it on a dish along the instant noodle.
