Nourishing Congee with Milk and Pine Nuts
A yummy congee dish that will boost your energy for its high nutrition.
Directions
Cook rice.
Put rice and pine nuts into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add milk into the blender and blend to mix well.
Add salt for taste.

This dish is good for people, especially young children who lost their appetite due to digestion problem. As congee is very easy to digest for all ages, this is surely a hit for one who is looking for a healthy dish for easy digestion. Excluding cooking time for rice, it will only take around 5 minutes!
If you are lactose intolerant, you can substitute milk with water. And if you want to change a bit, try to use glutinous rice instead of white rice.
