Hush Puppies and Dill Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups self rising corn meal
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 cups cooking oil
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chives
1 tbsp dill weed
This is a delicious way to top off a baked fish dinner.
Directions
Combine the flour, corn meal, milk in a medium mixing bowl
Heat oil in a pot or fryer
Use a spoon to drop the corn meal into the oil, turn when golden brown to cook both sides
Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, dill weed, chives
