Broiled Ahi Tuna Breakfast Steaks
A gluten-free substitute for traditional steak and eggs. As prepared these Ahi Tuna Steaks work well for any meal but especially as part of a big breakfast
Directions
Rinse off each tuna steak
Lay onto non-stick broiler pan or double-layers of foil
Generously sprinke each side of tuna evenly with sea salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper
Place under broiler
Broil 7 minutes and turn over
Broil 6 minutes and remove from broiler
Transfer to serving plate and serve hot
