Carey's Carnival Funnel Cake

Directions
Beat the two eggs in a medium mixing bowl
Mix the flour and eggs together
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt, add to flour and eggs
While mixing ingredients, heat the oil to 360 degrees
To test the thickness of the mixture, pour a small amount into a large funnel and see how easily the mixture flows. If too thick, add more milk to thin it.
Once the oil is up to temperature, release a small amount of mixture from the funnel in a swirl pattern
Fry until golden brown on each side. Use tongs to turn over the funnel cake.
Allow the cooked funnel to drain on a plate cover with a paper towel
After excess oil is gone, place on clean plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar
Additional Notes
You may use white sugar and cinnamon if you prefer.
