Additional Notes
It is a filling dish with a nice Korean zest infused in. Soft with seafood and mushroom, and crunchy with paprika, you will also love the texture. It is a great choice for ones looking for a different style of fried rice to try!
For mushrooms, any kind of mushroom can be used as substitution.
If you do not have hot pepper paste, any other hot sauce can be substituted. Also, if you are not up for spicy dish, then add 1 tbsp. of ketchup for a sweet taste. And feel free to garnish the dish with any grated cheese!
