Belgian Endives with Cream Cheese
This elegant appetizer is one of the simplest and impressive dishes I have ever made. Enjoy this endive recipe as a starter, side dish or even as a snack.
Directions
Wash endive and separate into leaves.
Fill with cream cheese.
Decorate with dill and red pepper.
Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
Additional Notes
To give this recipe a unique taste, try using a flavored cream cheese, such as Chive and Onion, Smoked Salmon or Roasted Red Pepper.
