Italian Chestnut Omelette
This dish is a must-try for ones who would love a nice Italian taste from breakfast. It is a fulfilling egg dish perfect for everyone.
Directions
Chop pepper, onion and chestnuts into small pieces.
On a heated oil pan, cook onion.
Mix jam and spaghetti sauce.
Add chestnut to the pan with the sauce mix and salt.
Stir for about 1 minute and add green pepper.
Stir well and set it aside.
On other heated oil pan, cook eggs as you would for an omelet.
Put (6) to the middle of almost cooked egg.
Fold in half or fold a bit of four sides and serve.
