Carey's Homemade Baked Custard
This is creamy, vanilla tasting custard that eat well while hot.
Directions
Ina medium mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla
Pour into a small baking dish or individual sized serving dishes (ramekins)
Place the baking dish or ramekins in a 9x13 baking pan filled with water
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle the top with approximately 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Additional Notes
You can cut calories by using a low fat milk.
