Easy Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Jars (32 oz) of favorite salsa or picante
1 chopped onion
10 small corn tortillas torn into quarters
1 package of shredded cheese

Directions

Put all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

Additional Notes

If you like extra moist chicken, marinade in terriaki or soy sauce for about an hour before start of cooking. It's the most delicious and easiest Mexican dish you will ever make. Try it if you don't believe me!
