Easy Strawberry Crepes
This is a simple but incredible good crepe recipe, which can be made in minutes. It can be made from ingredients that everyone has on hand.
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except strawberry spread and 1/2 tbsp melted butter.
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. When the pan is hot add ½ tbsp of butter and lightly coat the surface of the pan with the melted butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan with a circular motion until batter coats the surface in a smooth and even layer.
After 2 minutes, when the underside has begun to brown, turn the crepe and cook the other side until it is also brown; about 2 minutes.
Cook all the crepes in the same way.
Spread the jam an each crepes and pack. Serve hot.
Additional Notes
The French crepes tend to be lighter than American Pancakes, are usually a desert and can be filled also with chocolate spread, ice cream, or any fruit, jam or syrup.
