English Muffin Crab Crisp
Ingredients
2 English muffins, split in half
3/4 cup canned crab meat, drained
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped celery
3 tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
3/4 cup shredded nonfat Swiss cheese
This is an easy crab recipe that won't take long to prepare, and even less time to devour. Cooks in your toaster oven in a flash!
Directions
Preheat toaster oven to 400.
Line toaster oven baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Arrange muffin halves on baking sheet.
Combine crabmeat, celery, mayonnaise, and cheese in a bowl; spoon half the mixture on each muffin half.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes; broil (or top toast) until bubbly and crisp.
