Corned Beef On Toasted Whole Wheat
 

Ingredients

Small corned beef brisket
2 tbsp of mustard
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
1 tsp honey
1 8oz can bean and bacon soup
1/2 cup water
Nine grain whole wheat bread
Pepper to taste

The Irish is oozing out in this recipe. This sandwich is great if you use fresh corned beef.

Directions

Bake corned beef at 350 degrees for four-five hours keeping it moist with water and covered with foil
Chop up the cooled corn beef using a chopper
Using a medium sized mixing bowl, add rest of ingredients
Serve with favorite sandwich fixings on whole wheat bread

Additional Notes

Cook the corned beef in a roasting pan with rack to allow fat drippings to separate from the meat.
