Soft, Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups butter
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 large egg
1 package of chocolate chips

Cookies should be soft, warm, delicious, and a little bit puffy. It's perfectly ok if they turn out flat, they may be softer.

Directions

Preheat oven to 325!
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix in medium bowl and set aside.
Take out a large bowl and combine the butter, vanilla, and the egg. Mix together.
Add the ingredients in the medium bowl to the large bowl. Stir together until the batter dough is thick and sticks together.
Pour chocolate chips into the batter and stir so they are evenly distributed.
Grease a cookie sheet/cookie pan.
Take tablespoon-sized dough balls from the batter and roll them so they are somewhat in the shape of a circle.
Place the balls about 2 inches away from each other on the greased cookie sheet.
Put full cookie sheet in oven for about 8 minutes or until VERY SLIGHTLY brown.
Repeat steps 6-7 until all batter is used up.
