Sour Creamy Chicken with Dill
This is a quick and easy recipe with a unique flavor combination. Dried dill works in a pinch, but fresh dill is so much better.
Directions
Sauté onions in 2 tbsp oil for 5 minutes.
Simmer chicken (not quite boiling) in another pot with water for about 15-20 minutes.
Add drained chicken over onions.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Combine yolks with sour cream, salt pepper and cut dill.
Pour over chicken and onion.
Simmer for more 3 minutes.
Additional Notes
If you'd like you can add mushrooms to the recipe.
