Truly Unique and Tasty Hot Wings

You will taste flavor, not just heat.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh chicken wings
- 1 stick of butter
- 5 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 12 oz bottle Frank's hot sauce
- 1 8oz bottle red Tobasco sauce
- 2 tbs. white vinegar
- 3 tbs. Chili powder
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Powdered cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1/3 cup of Iron City or other beer
Directions
- Sauce:
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a 1 quart sauce pan (except for the chicken) and stir frequently. Allow sauce to reduce to "mud" (almost solid but don't ruin the pan). Spoon into bowl.
- Make second batch of sauce but keep liquid (add more butter if necessary).
- Mix "mud" and sauce together.
- Wings:
- Cut off tips and separate "wing" from "leg" and toss out tips
- Boil chicken for 15 minutes
- Place boiled chicken in deep fryer (use Crisco non flavored)
- Fry chicken until desired "crispiness"
- Put chicken and sauce into zip lock bag and shake
- Serve with chunky blue cheese dressing (no ranch), celery stalks and Iron City or equivalent.
