Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh chicken wings

  • 5 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 12 oz bottle Frank's hot sauce
  • 1 8oz bottle red Tobasco sauce
  • 2 tbs. white vinegar
  • 3 tbs. Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • Garlic salt (to taste)
  • Powdered cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup of Iron City or other beer
Directions

  3. Make second batch of sauce but keep liquid (add more butter if necessary).
  4. Mix "mud" and sauce together.
  5. Wings:
  6. Cut off tips and separate "wing" from "leg" and toss out tips
  7. Boil chicken for 15 minutes
  8. Place boiled chicken in deep fryer (use Crisco non flavored)
  9. Fry chicken until desired "crispiness"
  10. Put chicken and sauce into zip lock bag and shake
  11. Serve with chunky blue cheese dressing (no ranch), celery stalks and Iron City or equivalent.
