Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich with Pineapple
A quick and delicious Hawaiian chicken sandwich with a sweet pineapple ring to top it off.
Directions

Whip the cream untill stiff, then add the mayonnaise and whip some more.
(Chicken Sandwich)
Coat the chicken breasts in flour, and sprinkle with salt.
Fry the breasts in a little oil (or grill for a healthy alternative). Do not overcook. Juicy and tender takes no more than 7 minutes.
Cut each hamburger bun in half, and toast the cut sides.
Layer the toppings on the buns: lettuce, tomato, then the cheese.
Add the chicken breast and the pineapple ring.
Dolop a good helping of the sauce on top of the sandwich.
Top the sandwich with the other half of the hamburger bun.
Serve with fries and salad.
Additional Notes
Add a 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce to the mayonnaise for a chili tang.
