Crunchy Party Chicken Chops
For a party or a dinner with the family, for a picnic or a brunch… a quick finger-food recipe suitable for every occasion.
Directions
Chop the chicken breast in pieces as small as 1 cubic inch or less
Blend the 2 eggs in a big bowl to form a homogeneous cream
Crumble the bread and all crunchy things with a blender
Lay the crumbles on a large dish
Add 1 teaspoon of curry and mix well
Immerse the chicken chops into the eggs cream
With the help of a perforated spoon, lift them out and pour them onto the crumbles
Roll them into the crumbles so that they are completely covered
Pour the oil in a large pan and heat it
Put enough chops in the pan as to make one layer on the oil and fry them
When the first layer of chops is fried thoroughly, take them out with a perforated spoon and lay them on a dish covered with paper towels, to absorb the oil
Sprinkle with salt
Repeat the procedure, frying another portion of chops
Serve well hot
Additional Notes
It will be greatly appreciated also by your children. You can also make it the day after the party… to get rid of leftovers of bread, chips, crackers etc.!
