Homemade Cherry Cheesecake
This is a delicious cheesecake recipe. Not only does it look and taste good, but it's also highly festive for the holidays.
Directions
Drain cherries.
Mix eggs, 5 tbsp sugar and honey. Add 6.5 oz milk and oil.
Mix baking soda with lemon juice. Pour into first mixture.
Add 11 tbsp flour and stir gently. Pour into a round cake pan with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake 10 minutes.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp cherries and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let cool completely. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with 5 tbsp cherry juice.
Stir 13.5 oz milk, pudding powder, 1 tbsp flour and 5 tbsp sugar over the medium heat until is thickened.
Still hot pour into a bowl with cream cheese and mix.
Let cool. Add 1 cup whipped cream and stir gently.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cup cherries over the cake.
Spread cheese cream mix on top. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup cherries.
Cover with red glaze (prepare following package instructions).
Decorate on sides using 1 cup whipped cream.
Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours and serve.
